A: You can collect points by purchasing any of ximivogue products across all of our branches

2) How much points am I able to collect?
A: Every $1 purchase, you gain 10 points (e.g $23.93 purchase in a single receipt will earn 239 points!)

3) Can I redeem more than 1 coupon?
A: Yes you can. As long as you have enough points to claim! Don't forget to redeem them at our branches.

4) How do I reset my password?
A: You can use the forget my password button to reset your password via your email address. alternatively, you may also use the link https://forgot.ximivoguebrunei.com to reset your password.

If you are still unable to reset your password using methods mentioned above, you may approach one of our cashiers in any of our stores to request for a temporary password reset.

5) Can I claim coupon at 1 store and redeem/collect/use at a different store?
A: Yes you can claim any coupon and use it at any of our branches to redeem/collect/use.

6) How to be a member or how to register as a member?
A: Click Appstore/GooglePlaystore and search "ximilover brunei" to start installing and registering as a member (via the app)

7) Are they any alternative way to use member's price other than using the app?
A: The only way to get a members' price is through the app

8) I accidently claim a coupon, can I redeem my points back?
A: All points used in the app to claim coupons are non-refundable.

9) The app is not supported for my phone/ I don't have credit to open the app. What should I do?
A: You may login or register through our cashiers (via phones provided in store)
